  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into fries

Instructions

Follow these steps for perfect results

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork or potato masher.
  3. Add quinoa, breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, onion, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
