  • 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or quinoa for serving

Instructions

Follow these steps for perfect results

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add cubed tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove tofu and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more, stirring constantly.
  5. Return the tofu to the pan and add soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
