Instructions
Follow these steps for perfect results
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater until it resembles fine crumbs.
- Microwave the riced cauliflower for 5 minutes and let it cool.
- In a bowl, combine the cooled cauliflower, almond flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and flax egg.
- Mix until a dough forms, then shape the dough into a pizza crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the crust for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, spread the marinara sauce over the crust, and add vegan cheese and your choice of toppings.
