Instructions
Follow these steps for perfect results
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for the cauliflower fries.
- In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, turmeric, cumin, garam masala, salt, and water. Stir to form a batter.
- In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sautu00e9 until caramelized (about 10 minutes). Set aside.
