Instructions

Follow these steps for perfect results

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for the cauliflower fries.
  2. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, turmeric, cumin, garam masala, salt, and water. Stir to form a batter.
  3. In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sautu00e9 until caramelized (about 10 minutes). Set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss cauliflower fries with olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
