  • 1 cup cashews (soaked and blended into cream)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Rainbow sprinkles

Follow these steps for perfect results

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, melted coconut oil, apple sauce, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
