  • 1/4 cup vegan cheese shreds
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (or to taste)

Follow these steps for perfect results

  1. In a large bowl, combine grated cauliflower, chopped mushrooms, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, smoked paprika, miso paste, and black pepper.
