  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Avocado slices
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Vegan mayo (optional)

Instructions

Follow these steps for perfect results

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cauliflower rice, mashed chickpeas, almond flour, gochugaru, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until a sticky mixture forms; shape it into two burger patties.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Toast the whole grain bread lightly in the same skillet.
