  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed mixed with 3 tablespoons water (flax egg)
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free)
  • 1 cup vegan cheese shreds
  • Toppings of choice (e.g. bell peppers, olives, onions, mushrooms)

Instructions

Follow these steps for perfect results

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater until it resembles fine crumbs.
  3. Microwave the riced cauliflower for 5 minutes and let it cool.
  4. In a bowl, combine the cooled cauliflower, almond flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and flax egg.
  5. Mix until a dough forms, then shape the dough into a pizza crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake the crust for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, spread the marinara sauce over the crust, and add vegan cheese and your choice of toppings.
