- 1 cup firm tofu, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions
Follow these steps for perfect results
- In a bowl, marinate the diced tofu in soy sauce for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add marinated tofu and cook until golden, about 5-7 minutes.
