- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or quinoa for serving
Instructions
Follow these steps for perfect results
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add cubed tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove tofu and set aside.
- In the same pan, add bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more, stirring constantly.
- Return the tofu to the pan and add soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked rice or quinoa.
